| | Philippa Brown - Overview | My whole career (16 years and counting) has been spent working with technology - predominantly working with software. See Career History for more information.
I’ve always been more interested in what can be achieved with technology in a business context rather than the use of technology for its own sake. It is critical to understand what the business needs are and what the clients’ goals are before suggesting any solutions - technical or otherwise.
If possible, I prefer to work face to face with people to really understand their business and what the problem is that they are trying to solve. I believe good communication is key to successful technology projects.
